Try a full "System Restore" in the system settings...area. I don't know if it'll erase everything on the drive. If that doesn't work you may just need a new Blu-Ray drive in it. Also, I read that if your warranty is out Sony will replace you system for, I believe, $150. But give the System Restore a try first. But in case my brother decides to play COD4 or any other Activision game, I'll make sure I sear this warning into his head.
