Here is our silly little take on Cloverfield, JJ Abrams’ new monster flick. My friend, Ivan, and I were at a party that reminiscently reminded us of the premise of the movie — so we ran with it (get it?). We had a blast parodying the whole shaky cam business. It is definitely true what they say. If you are one of the unfortunate few who have to sit in the front of the theatres while watching this movie then you’ll likely get motion sickness. I have to say the whole shaky cam thing provided a unique perspective on things — it was actually quite refreshing. However there were times when I just wanted to get a good clear conventional shot of the Cloverfield monster kicking the sh*t out of New York.
